KESIAPAN SIMTELOGAU DALAM MENDUKUNG TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL LOGISTIK TNI ANGKATAN UDARA

Abstract

Digital logistics transformation requires an integrated, accurate, reliable, and timely information system. This study aims to analyze the readiness of the Indonesian Air Force Integrated Logistics Management Information System, known as Simtelogau, in supporting the digital transformation of Indonesian Air Force logistics. The analysis focuses on four main aspects: applications, network infrastructure, human resources, and regulations and governance. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observations of the system and logistics business processes, analysis of policy documents, and literature review. The data were analyzed using digital transformation theory, the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model, the Technology Acceptance Model, and the Quality of Service concept. The findings indicate that Simtelogau has provided an important digital foundation for Indonesian Air Force logistics management, although its readiness remains suboptimal. The main constraints include outdated technological platforms, incomplete integration between modules, limited real-time data presentation, network limitations, uneven operator competence and continuity, and regulations that have not fully accommodated digital business processes. This study concludes that Simtelogau readiness requires integrated application modernization, infrastructure improvement, operator competency development, data integration, and regulatory reform.
